Re: the comment above, a partner can indulge the family sex fetish just by answering to a different name. She won't even realize she's indulging a fetish if she hasn't met that family member or, best of all, if the family member has a common name like Sue or Bob. (You can guess my advice to the confessor: focus on a family member with a common name, and start the role play before your next partner has met your family.)
