I've always prided myself on my bladder capacity. I could go all day and several beverages mixed in and not use the bathroom at work. I only go to the bathrom 3 or 4 times a day. I often wondered if I was capable of loosing control. I had taken a day off from work, still got up at my usual time but did not pee when I got up. I often wake up bursting but can still hold on for a while. I proceded to shower and dress. Still not peeing. I decided to run my errands cola in hand as always. I caught my self shifting around a bit when I had to stand still for too long. I made it through 3 hours of running around. I was now truly bursting with my last stop the grocery store. I made it through the check out line. I was loading the car and my bladder gave a little spirt. I made it home, barely. The motion of getting out of the car ended it. My bladder just couldn't take it anymore fought back. I did have a limit. It would not have been so embarassing if the mail carrier was just walking down the walk.

Why would you do that to yourself...I understand the sexual pleasure it can bring with some people, myself excluded but even then you don't hold it THAT long! You are doing tremenous damage to your bladder and kidneys. Is it really worth it? Just go pee for Christ sake!

I personally think that was a sexy story. I find pee very pleaseurealbe and to hear that you tried to hold it and then finally lost control is very HOT

Your full of an old wives tale. Holding pee will not damage anything as long as it doesn't hurt really bad. When the bladder gets so full that it backs up to your kidneys they will tell you in a way that you will then let it out. I doubt many can even hold it that long anyway; especially girls with those weak holding muscles which by the way usually get that way because they pee so often. The more one pees, the more often one has to pee. Muscles need exercise to become strong, and that goes for the bladder's holding muscle too.
