Not Sure What’s Going To Happen But Heads Are Going To Roll

I just got the shock of my life and I am furious.
My daughter started middle school last August and she went to her first school dance for Valentine’s Day.
Recently she had been feeling bad for a few days so I took her to the doctor on Friday. It turns out she’s pregnant.
After questioning her she told me she was r**ed by two boys at the dance and she was too embarrassed to tell me or anyone else. She never gave a thought at her age she could get pregnant.
I’m a single mom so I’ll have to handle the situation myself. I plan to see my attorney as soon as possible to see what steps I need to take. I’m sure this will get messy.

Well, since the site rules require people to be 18, that must be her age, which means you must have had her when you were quite young.

I'm not sure what a lawyer could do to help your daughter with her pregnancy, though.

Sex, especially at that age, is instinctive and natural. It's cause for celebration, not shame.

Pregnancy is easy to deal with...have baby or abort (now most people just take tablets now) .

To clear up some of these comments.
First, my daughter is in her first year of middle school you figure the age.
Second, the dance was supposed to be chaperone by the school therefore I’m consulting attorney because they should never allowed this to happen.
Third, it’s very stressful on me and will have a traumatic effect on her since she is going to have to have a medical abortion at this age.

You should be calling the police and filing a report with them. I'm sure your daughter knows who the boys are. Have them arrested and get the abortion ASAP. Now put her on birth control as she will become a little slut now.

I was in 7th grade when one of my teachers seduced me. I thought it was wonderful at first but she was very manipulative and convinced me that I was in love with her. The real shock was when I found out I had gotten her pregnant. She chose not to get an abortion. She had to quit her teaching job and gave birth in August. She had the nerve to attempt to get child support from of all people, my parents. I was too young to have a job. Bottom line, she died in prison, my parents took in my daughter and raised her as my sister and we told her the truth when she was 18. She told me she already knew and I have no idea how she found out. She is the good thing that came out of that situation. I am so glad her mom didn't get an abortion. I don't regret her birth at all though truth be told, had I known at that age I could get a woman pregnant I might have resisted her advances perhaps a little more. No matter, I love my daughter.
