Best Friend (need Help!)

My best friend and I have something of a silent understanding. We are fuck buddies. He's straight and I am gay. So its clear who is top and bottom ;)

I've had feelings for him for a long time. We're both 22 now and I can hardly bear to hide it any more. But something happened recently that I hadn't expected.

Normally he always fucks me from behind so that he can't see my face. Yesterday, however, he turned me around and even kissed me. I was so confused and still am. Does that mean something? Or did it just happen out of the act?
