Somebody let me know what they think. I have some friends who think I'm all anal or something because I think it is so gross to re use a bath towel. I've never heard of that in my life and recently I've discovered that several people do that. You're kidding!? You mean the towel that they dry their butt with is going to be used on your face the next shower?? No way! Am I the only one who thinks that's gross or am I really that picky?

You're rather picky. Remember that you just washed thoroughly with soap and hot water, so you shouldn't be covered in anything icky. Using a towel 2 or 3 times if you've just showered isn't a big deal.

I use them for a week or so but I always dry my ass on the guest towels so mine doesn't get butt tracks

Yeah, I agree, you just washed your body with hot soapy water, I highly doubt there is anything dirty on your towel if you shower appropriatley. And if there is, then your problems may go way deeper than a dirty towel. I sometimes use my towel twice as well. but as a woman, there is a certain time of the month where I use a clean towel EVERY day, and i may use the one for my hair twice. But its not dirty to reuse your towel. Everyone just has their own ideas of cleanliness. If it makes you feel better to use a fresh towel daily, then by all means DO it. Dont use the same towel more than twice though..that's pushing it!

The first place I wash is between my ass cheeks. I soap up the wash rag and clean between my ass cheeks and then before I rinse the wash rag, I wash my face.

That is the way you are supposed to do it. Anybody knows that. After I rinse my ass out and rinse my face off, I soap my hands up and wash my dick and balls with the soapy hands. Then before I rinse my hands, I wash my face again. It is awesome.

I definitely own something like 10+ towels, but I use the same one for like, I swear to god, prob about 2-3 weeks before I use a different one.

You'll live.

When I was a kid I refused o use the same towel twice, but now I'm 27 and washing a towel every time you use it is retarded.

Alright - The poor guy who started this thread is getting slammed. I'll come to your rescue:

After I dry my face...I dry my hair. That right there is enough not to want to use it again. Then I dry all my nooks and crannies. Again..enough to not to want to use it again. I then lay the towel on the floor..again not usable.
I sit on my towel and put talcum powder under my arms and again my nooks and crannies...even more reason to make it un usable. Then I shake the powder off in the tub and use it to dry the sink counter top and the fawcet and sometimes the shower doors. I hang it over the shower until it dries and then I throw it in the hamper.
We have 30 towels in our closet. That's more than enough for all four of us to take a shower every day.
I was raised in a large family and still never even considered using a towel twice.

Why does drying your body and hair make you not want to use it again? Have you considered trying soap? It's wonderful. It removes dirt and makes you clean. If you're clean when you dry yourself, your towel is mostly just wet.

Granted, if you're going to use the towel as a bath mat, then washing it makes sense. But did you know they make bath mats just for that purpose?

What do you do that makes you so grimy and smelly so that even after shower you're covered in filth?
