These Activists Are Everywhere, Highly Disruptive And Invasive

In the last few years post Covid the pressure from activists in the company has increased ten fold. We successfully got rid of a plant in our HR team. We are dealing tight now with a full court press by the LGBT activists to provide them with special protections through our policies and procedure, that are significantly greater than the law provides. I had a meeting, and they claimed thirty percent of our workforce is 'gay', to which I broke out in laughter.

We have prohibitions to any 'political' activities. That includes solicitations. The 'leader' is a gay man whose taken it on himself to forcibly push the issue. I fired him. I'm dealing with his claim for reinstatement on the basis of discrimination, whereas he was fired for gross violations of policy. A 'sit in' was called by his Sergeant at arms, a lesbian activist who he recruited and hired. We fired her for political activities.
