Just My Luck, Scary And Very Fortunate

I just recently graduated from high school. Since I always was in sports I was too busy for a steady boyfriend and avoided any sexual activity.
For prom I doubled with one of my best friends and her steady. I had a date with a guy I had always had a crush on but never dated.
After prom we parked. My friend and her guy were making out so I ended up going all the way for my first time with my date. He used a condom but as my luck would be it broke so he came in me.
I was too embarrassed and ashamed that I had let him have sex with me that I didn’t get the morning after pill just waited it out to see if I got pregnant.
Fortunately I got my period but it was a couple of day late giving me a real scare.
