The Men Want Affections Even When They Still Need A Mother's Skirt

I was promoted out of a job I hated to a job with a man with a reputation of getting up girl's skirts. When I met him he asked me to stand, while he talked to me. The only office available was a converted storage room without windows. I started my Job, decided to leave,

My new boss liked women in skirts and dresses, it was hard to adapt. I hadn't worn a dress since I was a kid, and keeping my legs together wasn't what I was used to. As I worked there I met and talked with the other women, his reputation proceeded him. Every one was in a dress or skirt. At least I wasn't alone. He wanted a cross the board report on manpower, breaking out all consulting companies' staff. Head count reductions were imminent.

After the headcount reduction, the small conference room used by the contractors was vacant, and my boss equipped the space for me. It had a window, with the view of a tree. After I got settled one of my new coworkers mentioned to me that when he made love he liked the woman to be very affectionate. She whispered that it wasn't going to be that bad, he was a respectful man.

I kept my eyes closed, I didn't want a vision to make me remember. He was respectful but forceful. I did my best to be affectionate, but I wasn't affectionate to his liking. My time working for him was troubled, in time he stopped demanding my affections. Sometime later I was promoted to shift supervisor.

This was some time ago, today the men are more respectful, but sometimes the men still ask for affections. It is more common now for women to be supervisors, but they don't lead the same way. Out of respect we wear dresses, this always make the men happy. We laugh, grown men who still need to hold onto their mother's skirt.
