Pent Up Frustration And Release

Am I the only one who views buried political issues that people want released as being like sexual frustration? Take the Epstein files issue. Everyone wants to know and does not like the frustrating teasing of the issue. It’s no coincidence that the term assigned to describe how it could all end is the “release” of the files. Like an orgasm, release of the files would provide brief pleasure and satisfaction, but then would quickly turn into need again for another release. Just like an uncontained ejaculation, release would be messy, require clean-up, and be briefly satisfying. Let’s face it, whether it’s the need to orgasm or the need to be in the know, we’re never satisfied and always want more.
