I am a male and anything that I state is going to be the wrong thing to someone and/or I am going to be flamed, but here it goes:
In my experience, girth and length makes a difference if the woman is looking for lust (a one night stand). If you are in a serious relationship and have progressed toward the act of intercourse then it should not matter.
On another note, men should learn that going down on a woman is a beautiful thing. A lot of my male friends treat cunilingus as a task.
Men, if you expect a woman to go down on you (which most men do) then she should expect the same thing from you. Go down on her first and do not act like you enjoy it as a way to get her to do "what I want". Embrace the act of pleasing a woman orally!
