Pelvic Floor Therapist

I have been going to a pelvic floor therapist for a few years off and on. I ride road bicycles and often have issues related to sitting on the hard saddle such as numbness etc. When I first started seeing this therapist, she is a female, I felt awkward when she had to massage my perineum and around my penis. She also has aways done internal work where she slips a finger into my bottom and massages the muscles from the inside. I had never really been into that type of thing, so I have always dreaded that part. Recently I had some issues show up again and resumed my appointments.
Upon resuming these visits, she has me lay on my stomach and does the internal work that way. As she was working inside, I felt like I had to pee. She continued working on me and suddenly I could feel myself at the point of no return and started ejaculating! Her finger was inside me and there was no way she couldn't feel my spasms. She asked if I was ok and embarrassed, I said I had a cramp. We finished up and when she left me to get dressed, I quickly cleaned up any mess that was left. She didn't say anything and set up my next appointment and was completely normal when I left.
The next time I was there, I noticed that she put down a pad underneath me. Because of this I'm sure she knew that I ejaculated. I tried doing everything to keep my mind off of ejaculating again throughout the entire appointment. I noticed however that when she had finished massaging my groin area, I was completely erect and had even dripped a wet spot on the sheet that was covering me! When she had me flip over to work internally, I rearranged myself so that my hard shaft was pushed down and underneath my right thigh. I did this because I was afraid that my weight pressing against my erection and the table under me, might cause me to ejaculate again. She was working inside me again and I mentioned that I felt like I had to pee and she stopped for a second but kept her finger in me, until the feeling subsided and began to work more. This happened a couple more times and suddenly I felt cool air on my bottom and realized that the sheet was pretty much exposing me, and my hard shaft had slipped between my legs and was no longer covered by my thigh! Thankfully she finished up and I avoided ejaculating but was so hard and horny, I could hardly get my clothes back on before asking if I could use the restroom before my drive home. I was pouring precum and it took very little time for me to cum violently in the restroom.
I have another appointment later this week and am not sure what to think? She is totally helping my issues, but I did some research, and think that she is stimulating my prostate each time I feel like I'm going to pee! I'm not sure if this is accidently or on purpose?
