Not everyone moans, some women do and some don't. I personally have never moaned during sex, or masturbation no matter how much I enjoy it. But if you moan during other types of intercourse or masturbation it might just be that it isn't as arousing as other types to you. One major thing is to try not to worry about it though, whether you moan or not who cares? Be true to yourself, don't try to force a moan and dont try to stiffle one either.
I used to moan and scream when I'd get it on with my husband or with myself, but since our little girl was born, I've had to tone it down quite abit. But I do know my husband misses all the noise I used to make.
