Husband Naked With Female Work Colleague

I don't really know if this is a confession or not, but here goes.

My husband was recently away for 4 days on a work trip - he travelled with a long standing female colleague who is also married. They travelled to Prague.

During the trip my husband told me they visited a sauna together to relax. They were both fully naked and stayed together in the sauna from what he has said. He apparently made a self deprecating remark about his body and she complimented him that he looked good naked and had a nice penis (I don't know the exact words). He also told me at one point he was partially aroused in view of her and other people in the sauna.

At first I was a bit..... oh my god, my husband naked with another woman who was also naked. But the more I have thought about it, the more aroused I have become, that this woman has scrutinised my husband's naked body and spent time with him. I've started to fantasise about them together and having sex while I secretly watch. I don't think anything happened but I'm sure them seeing each other naked must have changed their relationship dynamic.

Suggestions welcome. shall I leave this as a fantasy or see what could happen?

Sarah, this is an interesting story. It all sounds innocent, but it doesn't really fall into "normal" co worker activity. Why go naked in the sauna? They could have easily covered themselves with towels! I don't know how I would feel if my wife came home and told a similar story! The thought of her cheating would be gnawing at my mind. But then, if it wasn't completely innocent, why tell you at all?
However, if it turns you on, talk to your husband. Get all the details and let him know that you found it sexy! This may lead to a new way for you two to play! Best of luck!

By all means, tell him what you’re thinking, and why do you have to hide to watch them fool around? Women can get justice turned on as men watching their partners with other people.

Here’s another approach you could take, try to seduce her and then bring her into your bedroom along with your husband. This way it’s all on you and he has no guilt to feel.

Thank you to those that have commented. I'm Sarah (OP) and just wanted to clarify that as far as I know, many or most sauna's in Prague require full nudity & no swimwear so although novel to my husband, it's not really novel to those used to doing it.
From what people have said here (thank you), I'm going to start to talk to him about how it's made me feel.
It's also started me off on a whole new train of thought about which co-workers I'd like to be naked with.
