When Life Throws You A Lemon, Make Lemonade

After my boyfriend graduated he left college for a job in the big city. I had two years to go. He drove up to see me, and get his rocks off with me. Some weekends I hitched a ride to see him, we had sex all weekend. But things got cold, he took six weeks before he came to see me, and sex was once and not at all satisfying. I blamed myself.

I didn't tell him and hitched a ride to surprise him. He was there, but a girl was with him. He tried to excuse his behavior but its obvious when a girl's been in bed with a guy. She had her top on inside out, and a hickie. I told him to take me to the bus station.

He was all over himself, his excuse was that I expected him to live without sex, so it was my fault.

Back at school I went wild, had sex with three different guys, and one girl. I refused his calls, and gave him the big shoulder. He showed up without notice, six weeks before graduation. He forced himself on me, and took me down to the county court house. The judge had to ask me twice if I wanted to get married. I waved his question away and told him to get it over with.

First thing I forced him to do was call her and tell he was married. When we got to his apartment she was there, she had a key, and told me she was married. She had been married for over a year, they had gotten married in Reno.

He is the technical offender, but he 'managed' to get us both pregnant. Maybe, we participated, but I swear I never thought she was doing the same thing. His solution was to do nothing, just be married to both of us. The months went by and we had our babies. We were no longer fighting, the babies made everything different. I wasn't going to pursue an annulment, and she wasn't either. We stayed married.

She had a good job, and I never got a job, so I stayed home with both babies. And for those dirty men out there, yes, I wet nursed her baby.

Our home life is complicated. The babies are toddlers.

I'm all for sex positivity, non-monogamy, crazy elopements, crazy pregnancies...

...but you felt pressured, so got married, refused to back out, got pregnant even though you knew he was sleeping with his other wife, and now you're raising her kid?

Polyamory is complicated and I love it but what you literally signed up for (in front of a judge) sounds like hell. If it was all discussed, consented, sure, it'd be kind of hot even. But you don't even sound happy. Hope your needs are being met and you find some happiness in the chaos.

I hope they are both satisfying your sexual needs. You have the upper hand here, own them both.
