Serious question: You can marry teenagers (and even preteens*, to a point) in most states, but you can't fuck one unless you do. Why is that? What's the difference between a married 14 y.o. and an unmarried one? 14 is 14; if she can't fuck, why can she marry? After all, sex is part and parcel of marriage.
