Can You Make Someone Gay?

This is not a nice confession. When me and my best fried was 13 yrs old we were super horny with no outlet but our own hands. My friend had a 9 yr old brother. One day horseplay got out of hand and we m****ted him. It started off with us getting him naked, touching and making him jack us off. Things progressed to making him suck us and before long we were fucking him in his tiny ass. We were both hooked once we actually started fucking for real. Maybe the next 4 years we fucked his little brother almost daily.
We grew out of it and sex with girls came into play. Along with his brother turning 12-13 and getting a little more boyish.
But after we stopped we noticed something. The more he matured into a teenage boy, he intentionally tried to make himself more fem. I don't recall him ever having any interest in a single girl. In high school he came out as openly gay.
In college he brought a "boyfriend" home for Christmas. The guy was a couple years older than him and very masc. It was clear who had the boy and girl roles in the relationship. A year later he announced they were married.
So, is it possible our inappropriate sexual abuse of him made him gay?
