Silence Is Golden

He just came home after a night out. I was watching something on my phone, having the night I wanted to have. Since he moved in a year and a half ago. I treasure the alone time I have because it is so rare. And on those occasions I do get time home alone, I am always disappointed to hear the door open. Anyway, whenever he comes in, I am supposed to stop whatever I am doing and give him my full attention. I do want to greet him, but I also want to go back to the thing I have chosen to do with me and for me, not sit and wait and see if he is even going to talk about his night out. And while I wait, he rubs my arm with his thumb until I am afraid he is going to rub the skin off. If I start to pull away or tense up, he rubs harder. There is a lot I am unhappy about in this relationship, and if I were him, I would be hurt to know my partner would prefer to continue watching tv when I walk in. I suppose my irritation is a symptom of my unhappiness. The question is, is it also a sign that it is over?

It doesn’t have to be over unless that’s what you want. Open up your imagination. Have an affair figure out what turns you on. You’re wasting time. Tell him you want him to watch you get fucked by what ever kind of guy you like. Wake up. You going to wake up an old lady one day and regret every moment you wasted.
