Needed Push
I am not recommending this as a way to deal with depression. It wasn't a good thing, but it pushed me forward in life.
My husband died in a car accident over a year ago. I went into a deep depression and cut myself off from friends and family. My days were spent in a dark house, dressed in a robe listening to noise on a TV. Finally the city sent someone out to serve me with papers stating if I didn't do something about my jungle of a lawn I would be fined. Guess the neighbors complained.
I put up a flyer at the local grocery store requesting lawn care. I got a call from a guy a few days later.
He and another guy showed up the next day. Two young guys, I would guess maybe 20-22. Anyway they got to work. An hour later there was a knock at the back door. They asked for a glass of water. I let them in the edge of the kitchen as I got them water. Looking back on it I can't believe I wasn't embarrassed to stand there in my robe, no make up, hair a mess. I was just numb.
Then it happened. My back was turned when one of the boys grabbed me from behind. He pushed me face down on the kitchen table telling me to "just hold still". I didn't move, didn't make a sound. I remember the guy saying something like "I think she wants it". I just laid there as he pulled up my robe and pulled my panties down to the floor. He pushed inside me and I don't even remember feeling it. He did comment on my year growth of pussy hair. I can't tell you whether he was big or small. Just a few minutes later he was done and pulling away. I just stayed there, not moving as the other boy took his place. When he finished he gave my ass cheek a hard slap as he made a few nasty comments about what they had done. They walked out the door and left all together. Didn't even get the lawn done.
I finally stood up, left the panties on the floor and went to the shower. But that incident did something. That day I opened the shades and let the sun in. Cleaned the house in the first time in forever. The next day I actually dressed nice, fixed my hair and put on makeup. Called a friend I hadn't spoken to in forever and went out to lunch.
Like I said, I don't recommend r**e as a cure for mental health issues, but it did wake me up.
