My husband says the only trick to giving a great BJ is being intelligent and confident. Intelligent enough to read your partner's response and confident enough to not worry about looking silly. I think 16 is a little young to be giving blow jobs, but it is probably too late for *that* tidbit of advice. I once read the Dr. Ruth said that you should practice giving a blow job to an ice cream cone. It might end up being a bit messier than the real thing, but it allows you to get used to feeling something in your mouth. Truthfully, you don't need to put the whole thing in there to give good head. Half of four inches is pretty damn good. If you hadn't mentioned anything to your bf, he probably wouldn't have known the difference.

Thank you for the honest responses and not treating me like a 13 year old boy crazed girl... Or something along those lines. I know it seems like I am young, and I probably am, but you would be surprised. These days girls loosing there virginity at 14-15 years old is normal. I think it is sad really. By the way I am a virgin and glad to say that my current boyfriend of four months is the only one I have even gone this far with; that doesn't really make it any better.

There is no such thing as a bad blow job. Some are just better than others. 16 is not too young for this kind of activity. You just need practice is all.
