Some women can come from just anal play. Usually they say anal penetration causes the walls of their vagina to close which places pressure on the vaginal g-spot. Others say the tighter anus means more tugging on the pelvic floor which in turn means more friction of the clitoral hood on the clitoris itself.

Other women (like me) enjoy anal play, but need manual stimulation of the clitoris or vaginal g-spot to orgasm.
