I typed "what happens to boys during puberty" at Google and found a lot of good sites. I suggest you do the same. Here is the gist of it, though:

The body grows bigger
The voice grows deeper
Hair starts growing in new places (public, facial, underarm)
Body odor starts to become noticable
Wet dreams may start to occur

Boys penis gets larger and their testicles grow larger. They start geting pubic hair, first in the middle, then over the sides and on the balls. If you can get one to strip for you do it and most will let you look. They often get erections even when they are not turned on. Look closely for one of those.
