If you haven't gotten your period it means you don't ovulate. If you want to experiment with sex without any chance of pregnancy, I would do it soon. This is the time you can have sex all you want so I would go for it.

Just learned of a new pill. With it you only get 4 periods per year.
I'm 14. I got my period when I was 13. I was pretty excited the first time, but trust me, it loses its novelty pretty quickly.
I got mine when I was 11.
