My friend's boyfriend was really drunk and he hit on me...more specifically he kissed me and started feeling me up. I was a little tipsy myself, and although I did not encourage him in any way, I did not do much to stop him. He started feeling guilty and stopped, and then tried to blame the whole thing on me! I feel really guilty for not telling him to stop, and I don't know how I can face my friend, because I have a feeling that she knows.
