Help, ladies! I really need some advice...
my wife and me have been married forever. She works in a daycare, I work in a factory assembly line.

I get home three hours before she does. I do all of the housekeeping, dishes, laundry, yard work, etc. Once she brings our kids home from the daycare - ages 2 & 4, I take care of them for the night. They are not in her class.

She complains about a lot of things:
1) don't have time for (whatever)
2) my feet hurt. Took her to the foot doctor, she got orthotics and won't wear them.
3) my shoulder hurts. Won't see the doctor.
4) constant sinus problems. Went to the allergists, won't follow her advice.

When I ask why she brings things up if she won't get them taken care of, she tells me: "You just don't get it." or "you just don't understand." We have insurance so that is not an issue.

Our sex life is virtually nil. The last time, I cried begging for sex. Now, I don't even ask.

So ladies, what am I "not understanding" or "not getting it" about?
