I'm 13 now, and I got my period just a few days after my 13th birthday. It lasted about 3 days, and I haven't gotten it since. (it's been maybe 3 and a half months.) Is this normal? Please answer.

Nothing wrong with that. Most girls aren't regular in their cycles for a year or so... don't wig, you are fine. But if you are really concerned, you can go to a doctor and they can put you on medication to regulate your cycle.

The medication to regulate is birth control pills; they prescribed them to my friend at 13 for just that and they gave her chest pains after a couple days so she had to stop taking them. Dr. said young girls can have small blood vessels and the pill wasn't a good option in her case but she became regular within that yr anyway.

Yes, that's normal. My period is still irregular, and I've have it since I was 14. Just carry some supplies and quarters with you, just in case.
