they use the sybian on the Howard Stern show - on sirius. i know that its an expensive machine but all of the girls get off on it. its big, well big enough that you cant fit it in the dresser drawer, probably not even under the bed, so if you live at home forget it. you can purchase different contraptions for it - penis, or clit stimulator etc. like i said - they all get off on it and usually have trouble walking afterwards.
