there are instructions inside the box. you just relax and insert it into your vagina. it wont get stuck or fall out. how old are you

Just make sure that you push it up far enough so that you don't feel it.

Hi Jane, I grew tired of the lottery and self-published my cdilhren's books. Lots of hard work and needs courage, did it all without help, but the books are selling and I'm about to publish my third, and at 73, couldn't wait to be noticed, and now it's great fun.
