I dribble in my pants more often than I'd like, maybe twice otr three times a month or so on average. I usually have decently good control but as a singer, I drink a lot of water, and my life is so crazy that sometimes I just don't go to the bathroom when I should. Usually I dribble at the last second before peeing hard. I can hold it and hold it and then when I finally find a toilet or get home or wherever else I'm going, just as I'm opening the door or even when I'm undressing, my bladder will jump the gun a little and I squirt a bit into my panties. I usually can stop it by crossing my legs and pee dancing but sometimes the only way to stop it is using my finger if I can quickly push it in there the over the exact right spot. Sometimes I'll squirt a bit out in public or in my car after holding it but get control and continue to hold it for an hour or two more. It isn't visible on the outside of my clothes and as I wear pantiliners almost every day (not the diaper ones, the regular ones for women) they absorb most of it, and I clean myself as soon as I've peed. Sometimes I bring fresh underwear in my purse or bag. My BF always thinks its funny; I sure wish he had to pee as much. What is it with guys; how come they can hold it so long; life not fair.

That is no laughing matter. You need to stop!! holding your pee. You are doing great damage to your bladder, why hold your pee, stop what you are doing and use the bathroom as soon as possible. dont practice holding it anymore Please.

That advise is a whole lot of crap. Without going into a lot of details; the bladder has several muscles. Like any other muscles the more you use them the stronger they get and the less you use them the weaker. So.... the more you pee, the more your going to have to pee because you've weakened those holding muscles. You've heard of Kegal Exercises? If not you might do a simple search and learn all about them.

" Life not Fair"-- Life has never been fair for little dribblers and probably never will be.

Depends on how you look at it. Little dribblers can be a major turn on and in return for that can wind up on a very pleasurable receiving end.
