this sounds exactly like me! i mean i understand what to do and all, i find the hole and whatever but IT HURTS SO BAD that I can't go on with the pushing. ill never get it in. what do i do?

its much easier to get it in after you've had sex with a guy.. but before if you just kind of move it in and out a few times to make yourself a little wet it goes in much easier

O please; every tampon box comes with complete and illustrated directions. Your post makes no sense cause a tampon is much smaller then those three fingers you've been shoving up there because you obviously have no man in your life.

I found until I lost my virginity - inserting a tampon wasn't comfortable and didn't feel right.
