i'm sooooo mad at a person right now. why does she have to make the last cal?? it's not even her own idea in the first place. i hate her so much. i don't like to see her. why does she have to make the last call on things when it wasn't even her who initiated everything. i hate her. i don't like to see her face ever, ever, ever again. i hate her.

I also say Light quick feet, light quick feet which I think comes from Coach Jeff. And I say I feel stnrog or I am stnrog or Pop! Pop! Pop! (again that one is from Coach Jeff). I also pray while running. I do mantra prayers like the Lord's Prayer or the Prayer of Saint Francis or free-form prayers (Thank you for and Please help). Great topic and question.
