i'm quite torn between staying with my "fiance" (no ring, 'engaged' for 2+ years now) and taking the chance of a lifetime with a new town, new job, and possibly, a new beau. i've had feelings for the 'other' for longer than i've known my "fiance", and the circumstances make no sense whatsoever. long story short, the other guy moved away, but not before we slept together a couple times (and he let me stay with him when i really needed it, and when he could have gotten in some trouble from the people he was living with). i don't know if it's wrong or right, but i'd drop everything tomorrow- my job, "fiance", home, you name it- and move to be with him (across the country) if he asked me to.

and i don't think he feels as strongly as i do...

Ask him if he'd like you to visit.
Even if he doesn't seem that interested, go for it anyway.
The guy you have now doesn't seem interested in committing, so you might as well move away and do something new; meet different people and have a new life.
Good luck.

Hell yes, sweetie, go for it. You sound young, but if two years of being "engaged", no date set, then you are giving away the "milk" for free, as the saying goes. One thing though, you will find out that when you change locations, jobs, and boyfriends, that "you" will be the same person. Do not overly expect that you will change. Also, be open to meeting new people and being with yourself. You sound like if you give up on the current guy, you will need to replace him RIGHT AWAY. That is a bad way to live. Good luck!!
