after a terrible rain storm, there's a lof of fallen trees and leaves. my fxxxing neighbor just blow it all to my side. I told him to stop and he refused. He put all the fallen tree branch inside his yard to my side. He even cut down his own good tree and put on my side walk. What a wonderful fxxxing neighbor. I call 311 to complian and they transfer me to the police. NO one got hurt and they don't care. What can I do. My house is one house away to his house, but he is afrid of his next door neighbor, so he decide to put all the garbage in front of my house. So he blew the leave from his house pass his next door neighbor then leave everthing to my side. The is the one shold go to hell. Fuxxing assssssssssssssssssshx
