If you ride the bus..and he's on your bus..then. get in line with him on the bus then sit down next to him and strike up a conversation. Then, if it went well, give him your #. Hopefully he will call you. If he doesn't call you, then give up and find a new guy but if he DOES call you make sure at the end of the phone conversation you remember to ask him if he wants to see a movie or something.:-)

P.S. If he's not on your bus...then you are in a rut!
