Setting The Record Right
I am tired of people on the interent who know nothing about real sex work talking shit. This is my job, I am a proffessional and i want to set the record straight.
I grew up knowing what it meant to struggle. My family wasn’t just broken—it was shattered. My dad left when I was six, my mom worked two jobs just to keep the lights on, and by the time I was 14, I’d figured out that the world didn’t care whether I sank or swam. School was supposed to be my ticket out, but I couldn’t focus with the chaos at home. I barely scr**ed by, and by the time I turned 18, I was working dead-end jobs that barely covered rent.
But one thing I was always good at—no, great at—was sex. I don’t mean just the act itself. I mean reading people, knowing what they wanted, what they needed, and how to make them feel like they mattered, even if it was just for a few minutes. I was broke, exhausted, waiting tables for shit money, and staring down a lifetime of minimum wage. So, went online, did research and I took the leap. No p*mp required.
I’ve been in this lifestyle for over five or six years now, and I won’t lie—it's not always glamorous. On a typical day, I might see anywhere from three to seven clients. Some are quick—head or hand jobs. Others are more... involved. Full-service sessions, maybe an hour or sometimes even two, depending on what they’re paying for. It’s hard work. Anyone who thinks this is easy has no idea. It’s not just physical; it’s emotional. You have to be whatever they need you to be, and that's exhuasting always being the fantasy, whatever’s missing in their lives.
Most are older men. Almost all of them are married or in a relationship. At first, that bothered me. But over time, I realized something: I’m not the problem. The men who come to me aren’t looking to leave their wives. They’re not in love with me. They’re just hungry for something they’re not getting at home. And honestly? If their marriage is falling apart, I’m a better option than some messy affair. I don’t want their hearts. I just want their money. I’ve had clients break down and cry after. Yes. that shit is real. It's not always the cheaters fault! They’ll tell me their wife hasn’t touched them in years, or that she’s too busy, too tired, too disinterested. Everyone deserves good sex, and if they can’t get it at home, who am I to judge? I provide a service. That’s all it is.
The truth is, this job makes me very happy. I don’t feel ashamed of what I do. I’m sexually liberated, and I own it. People think sex work is degrading, but for me, it was empowering. It got me out of poverty, gave me control over my life, and taught me my worth. I walk into every session knowing I’m in charge. I set the boundaries, I set the price, and I decide what I’m comfortable with.
Sure, there are dark moments. I’ve had clients cross lines, push boundaries, or treat me like I’m nothing more than a body. Those are the moments that remind me to stay strong, to protect myself. But those moments are outweighed by the confidence this job has given me. I’ve built something for myself out of nothing, and that’s more than a lot of people can say.
At the end of the day, I’m just a woman trying to survive in a world that doesn’t make it easy for people like me. I’ve taken what life gave me and turned it into something I can live with. Sex work isn’t for everyone, but it’s been good to me. It gave me a way out, and for that, I’m grateful. I’m not ashamed, I’m not broken, and I’m not a victim. I’m just me—a woman who found her own way.
