My mom and brother have both been diagnosed with bipolar disorder/schizophrenia. Lately, I've been feeling really sad, and I'm struggling to understand why. Sometimes I panic it's because what if I have something they do?? I don't know if it's the paranoia speaking or stress. Then I feel guilty for categorizing them that way because I love them. I hate what it does to them and what they have to endure on a daily basis.

Dont LET them and others DELUDE you.
You may not be zombie like most but doesn't mean you have issues.
If you believe that just for a second your next 30 years will be destroyed.
YOU know YOU. Remember? Take a deep look in the mirror. Are you REALLY troubled? NO
You are experiencing life THAT IS ALL. NOTHING wrong with you.

Because you have been "labelled" doesn't mean you really are troubled okay. Understand this WELL.

Your just not on there level THATS ALL. Nothing wrong with you and those that tell you you are troubled and need doctor and medics DO NOT really love you or WANT you better because it is always easier to classify you and label you than to ACCEPT you for what and who you really are.

You feel uneasy because those around you are not accepting you AS YOU ARE.

Your perfectly normal. Maybe those around you could do with a checkup here and there in stead of judging YOU.

Dont delude. Its really not you. Its them.
