I haven't cut off my penis yet, but I did put a cable tie around the base if it the other night. I pulled it pretty tight. I could barely cut it (the cable tie) off. It was pretty exciting. I figure, all I have to do is put the cable tie on tighter the next time, and I'll have no choice but to cut my penis off.
