It's okay, I mean, the thing is don't beat yourself up too badly here man. I bet you're amazing, and just need some confidence. Just, go ahead make same friends first, then one day meet a guy you can date or have a good thing going on with, and then BAM, you'll be good. It's okay to have sex from time to time, as long as you're not risking your safety or having an affair. Just relax, take baby steps into social life, don't have humongous standards for your social life too, and then just see who you are as a person. Just relax man :)
