I have had thoughts of suicide and self harm weekly, if not daily, since i was 13. I just got help from my doctor, and the placebo effect of the anti depressant has worm off and now i feel just as bad as i did before. I was never truly suicidal, because i would instantly talk myself out of it. But i'm scared that i may be getting to that point

Put on some headphones. Go to youtube and search guided meditations. It can help if you let it. Hang in there and try to keep in mind that we almost always outgrow this.

I am a 26 year old woman, now married, but I had the same feeling during my teens. I just felt like I wasn't charming enough for the boys because my gf's always had dates and I didn't. One of my gf's mentioned one day that she got her an artificial vibrating dick and now she doesn't need the boys like before. She asked me to come to her home and she showed it to me. She went with me to the store where she bought hers. It was an adult store, nothing but men inside and they never once took their eyes off us the whole time we were there. I was embarrassed to walk up to the counter and pay with all the men having their eyes locked on me. One of them commented that I was cute enough that he didn't understand why I need that. That really sunk in, I liked it, changed my opinion of not being attracted to men. But, I went home and begun immediately using the toy. It felt so good. I'd make myself cum over and over. So I started dating boys and even had sex with several but this one was lots better than the others so I began dating him regular, fell head over head in love with him, and not just because of the sex, so we ended up getting married. Even today I notice the stares I get from othe men when I'm out.
So, maybe you should try this. I'll guarantee it will solve your problems. I think your problem is just like mine was. Get over it. There is someone out there that thinks you are beautiful. signed: Shirley
