Hi, im thirteen, and i have a friend, my friend is a year younger than me, and well, his parents havnt got it into thier heads that he is too old to spank, i really want to help him, but have no clue howto do so, any suggestions?

Okay, then maybe he should talk to his parents about it. He could suggest alternatives to spanking. Such as, no TV, doing chores around the house, doing chores for neighbors, etc.
