I'm posting this for a close friend who was recently married where I was his
Best Man. I am totally clueless as to what to do.
At the reception after the wedding my friend, still in his tux, went to the
men's room in the hotel where we were holding the gathering. In the men's
room he heard a pounding sound and went into the open stall next to where
the pounding was coming from.
Standing on the toilet in the stall, he looked over the thin metal wall
and there, below, was his new bride still wearing her marital gown
riding her father like a champion equestrian. His head was back with eyes closed
and her head was down as she hammered away so they did not see him.
Later he told me the story, tearfully, and I was startled. My first
reaction was to tell him to "end it now." Still, that might be
harsh advice. I'm not sure it's the best advice. Anyone have any suggestion?
