I am a sexual creature. I need the closeness. It not only feels good sexually, it feels good emotionally. When I look across the dinner table I don't just see my husband, I see my man. I am his wife, and I am also his woman. Sometimes I need my husband, I need him to go to work and I feel I am privileged to care for the money in the house. I take my responsibility seriously. I was taught growing up that a wife 'husbands' her husband's labor.

I was also taught the many things that make up a woman's world. I am comfortable and to me these are just chores, I enjoy doing them and being able to present my husband with a well kept home. Yes, we are Mormon's, and we understand the duties of a wife. I am a mother, a mother of four children and I would, should my husband ask, gladly have a fifth. I live in a world of women, we get together to share, to help each other, to learn from one another, to help carry our many burdens. The community of women is one of the things I enjoy about our life.

When my husband desires his woman, I want to be there for him. I have asked him, I would say maybe told him, that there are times that I need and desire to be with my man. A man needs a woman, of that I am certain. Not just a wife, a companion, he needs a woman of his own. I am that woman for my husband. Likewise a woman needs a man, not just a husband, but a man for her, to make her complete, to father her children, to take that part of me that is woman and make of me what he wants.

In our homes we are duty bound to the home. It has been a surprise that I am also a sexual creature, with very living needs. For me, that moment when he takes me to him, when I wrap myself around him, when he inserts himself in me, that moment when I feel it enter into me, at that moment I know that I am doing God's work on Earth, I am serving his purpose. To know that I conceived children, that I carried and delivered them into the light, that I raise them. And that this man gave them to me, that he chose me of all the women around him, chose me to be the mother of his children, that is when I know that I have purpose. And that purpose comes alive when I am one flesh with him.

Very nice. An old school girl. Nothing at all wrong with being a good wife. Not too many full time house wives around anymore. Most families require two pay checks to make ends meet. I know that some feminist is going to read this and just go nuts, and put her pussy hat on and go out and organize a protest. Don't mind that kind of negativity. Keep living life the way that you choose. They like to scream, "A woman's body, a woman's choice"... As long as your choice is the same as theirs. If not, then their tolerant liberal opinion becomes a screaming fit, laced with profanity, and name calling. When they act like that, its easy to see who the better person is.

I'll be frank. You Mrs. stated what IS the template for, as you know, what a woman is and should be, Period. Regardless of the "independent women's" retort & the female sexist's that hide behind the label of "feminist" objections, your summation & posting is far from merely an opinion. It clearly represents, reflects, promotes. clarifies & pronounces not only what many factions of spirituality carry as a woman's purpose, but fundamentally & functionally why women were created.

I researched the LDS for years, even visited Salt Lake City and took all possible tours (as you know, they are limited to non LDS).

If all people could all live such lives the world would be a far easier place to deal with. As for me, my idea of God travels light years beyond that of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young. As such, I did not join the beehive. Still, I applaud you.
