My most embarrassing experience was when I pooped my panties. I was 16 years old and I hated doing a poo away from the privacy of my own toilet at home. I overslept one morning and I had to poo but I didn't have time to go before I left for school. By mid morning I was busting to go and I had to clench tightly to keep it in. By lunch time the urge had faded but I had a stomach ache and I knew I might have to go to the toilet at school but I convinced myself I could wait until I got home. After lunch I went to my next lesson and I could feel the need to poop getting worse. I was busting to go all afternoon and by home time I was nearly pooing myself so I had to go to the toilet. Unfortunately the cleaner was working and he wouldn't let any girls in while he was there so I ended up having to hold it until I got home from school. My stomach was in knots and I was seriously desperate. I clenched hard against the pressure in my bowels but it was too much for me and I had to give in. As soon as I started to go I felt relief and I wet myself as I filled my panties. I pooped for ages and bits of poo fell out of the legs of my panties and I left a pile on pathway as big as the pile in my panties. Lots of people saw me and I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me.
