well I can't remember if I took my medication or not so if I took double I will be a little tired and bombed out but not too bad hopefully. shit. can't remember but the veins are aching and I know that is vein collapsing in the left arm its so annoying. all i can do is rub it and hit the vein around the wrist and forearm and then I get chest pain in the heart and rub there to and now I have bruises there from rubbing and pinching at the skin which happened all the time when ecgs from ambulance guys did them on me. collapsed veins is something that happens to people who use iv or canulars a lot and I don't and avoid them but had to have a few in hospital and in ambulances but certainly not a drug user as I am so afraid of needles at the best of times. my heart feels fuzzy fucking help me, help me. god, this happens often and I am sick of it it happens when i am stressed. i get dizzy no wonder.
