Why All The Confusion?

I am from Japan and I moved here with my family five years ago when the company that my father words for transferred him, and I came to go to college.
I was very surprised by all of the gay stuff in America, and how divided people are about it. In Japan, as all over the world, there are movements toward changing existing and outdated laws about social mores. But there really is no “Gay” movement as such, not like here. Sex between males and between females is quite common and done just as friends and for fun and this is accepted and not seen as anything unusual. I started having sexual activities with friends when I was quite young, at least by the standards here, and my parents knew all about it and had no problem with it. In Japan, as in many other countries, also family sex laws have been done away with, so long as it is between consenting adults.
Although personally I have yet to have sex with my own mother, and now that we are living here where it is strictly considered illegal, I very much doubt that this will ever be happening, to be sure. Yet, I do enjoy having sex with the occasional male friend, although this can be difficult because there is such pressure to declare yourself to be gay when there is no reason to. I think that gay Americans are their own worst enemy because they are trying to push things to be all one way, when there is no need, and this only has led to anger and frustration instead of just enjoying life. As we say – life, not strife.

I agree. In this country there is no middle ground. It's either you are or you aren't. Everything is pushed too far. So most guys who don't mind enjoying a little male sexuality just for fun or as an alternative, have to be so secret about it or risk being classified as being gay. All the protesting gays who want their so-called freedoms have compleetly crushed everything thing else in their angry, mad plight. If people would just relax and calm down the world would really be a much freer and nicer place.
