You know I,for one, am more than a little bit sick of the way you Americans are behaving in Iraq. You bring a new slur to the lowest denominator that mankind can sink down to. When that prick Bush rants on about terrorists with blood on their hands he wants to look to his own doorstep. The US has really screwed up in the Middle East and caused a situation that will never be healed or ironed over and gullable fools have followed to their own misfortune.

i must agree with you there...unfortianatly i'm from the states, however i would much rather live in England. Proper government, education systems, and a nation that can actually play Football (Soccer for any narrow minded americans)

I'm proud to be an AMERICAN and feel sorry for you and your bitterness and anger toward this country. WHo is the first country that is called for help whenever there is a problem anywhere in the world? England? France (God forbid!)Italy? No - the good 'ol USA. How soon you forget.

to poster 2901...i dont recall anyone asking us for help in Iraq. We just sorta barged in there. The same is true for many other times we've entered a country...Vietnam, Iraq(desert storm/sheild), the numerous african countries we've invaded...the list goes on. As for the purpose of this war...i agree with most Bush supporters...its not for oil...however i disagree with them by saying its a religious crusade which i dont support by any means. everyone has their right to their religion whether it be islamic, christian, jewish, muslum(sp?), Druid, Wiccan, Buddist, etc...American is a country that sticks their noses into places they dont belong and justify themselves with imperialism masked as "humaine actions."

how can one say the war in Iraq is America's war? It isn't. The war is that of President Bush, no one elses. His actions do not represent how most Americans feel. Furthermore, what makes the EU so great? The only reason they didn't want the war was because it wasn't good economicly for them. There are no morals an politics ANYWHERE, not just in America.

Bunch of babbling horseshit for people with minimal education. Hate the U.S.? Don't forget, we are who all other nations look to in times of crisis to bail their asses out.
England is our friend and would have been a nazi country if we didn't come to the rescue. Uk and US don't always see eye to eye, but like brothers, defend eachother in time of need.

Don't be too soft in your liberism. The middle east is always at war with someone, including their own neighbors. If we don't beat them down..beleive me, they will continue to bomb us, canada and the UK.

what the fuck has the world come to these days? Is the US full of narrow minded Jesus fucking conservatives? maybe perhaps we should round up all regestered republicans, put them in a fenced in area, box them up, give them to China and tell them that they disobeyed the government and think they have freedom...they'll fix them quick after that. Or maybe i just really need to find the means to move to the UK

It's really simple but of course the haters would never admit to it; their just jealous.

<I>"It's really simple but of course the haters would never admit to it; their just jealous."</I>

<I>What</I> is <I>"really simple"</I>, that <I>"they"</I> (<I>the haters</I>...?) are - - "<I>just jealous</I>"...?

You could have said: <I>"The USA haters are just jealous."</I> As a statement, that would have been more intelligible. But then, you wouldn't have had your "<I>It's really simple</I>" phrase which you thought would resolve your point without any particular thought process. The only thing "simple" here is you.

Of <I>what<?I> do you think the "<I>haters</I>" are "<I>jealous</I>"? Perhaps it is the USA undergrad school system that produces people who can't determine the difference between a contraction <I>they are = they're</I> and a possessive pronoun <I>their</I>? I suspect that rather than a good example, you can provide instead a terrible lesson.

What else do you think the "<I>haters</I>" are "<I>jealous</I>" about?

Maybe things like: In the USA, a pizza can get to your door quicker than an ambulance; there are handicap parking places in front of a skating rink; people order double cheese burgers, a large fry and a diet coke....

Banks leave both doors open, and then chain the pens to the counters; people leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and leave useless things and junk in boxes in the garage; people use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so they won't miss a call from someone they didn't want to talk to in the first place....

Shall I continue? OK, I will: People buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight; the least useful professions (professional athletes, movie actors & entertainers)are paid so disproportionately much compared to people with useful jobs....

People buy domestic brand tires, because they want to "buy American," and install them on their imported cars; people believe their cars are "American", but they are built with parts from all over the world; budgets for advertising non-essential items, like soft drinks, exceed the economies of many third-world nations, indeed, exceed even the budgets for Presidential campaigns; we use the word politics to describe the process so well: <I>"Poli"</I> in Latin meaning <I>"many"</I>, and <I>"tics"</I> in vernacular English, meaning <I>blood sucking arachnids</I>; real American "he-men" think it was "macho" to vote for GW Bush, himself a former cheer leader....

SUVs: really, what the hell are they all about? Mommy wants to drive a tank around town, and daddy wants to have a bigger platform for his road rage - nevermind what it costs to operate these vehicles, which, like tanks, FALL APART under their own weight. Nevermind the cost of gasoline, which Americans bitch about, but continue their profligate ways nontheless, do you know what the price of gas is in Europe? Nevermind, you <I>simply do not care</I>. Speaking of tanks, care to guess what the American government budgets for maintanence of a single Abrams MBT? Speaking of budgets, what is the average grade school teachers annual salary, anyway? It just goes on and on and on and on. How do you just rationalize this all away? Oh, yeah, "it's really simple...."

Most folk do not hate the US or it's citizens but we do try to keep our distance. Generally speaking you are simply arabs with shoes.

Well said! Arabs with shoes is a good summing up of a nation of uneducated know nothing morons who have not the slightest notion of an existing world outside of the USA & Canada. Oh and by the way, I only mention Canada because the Americans seem to have a dislike for them. It's only because they are jealous of anyone superior to them though.
