I have this coworker that is the biggest back stabbing brown noser. I loves to talk behind someone's back, but has this amazing skill to be great friends with that person when he/she is around.
She is the most naive 34 year old woman I've ever met. But she has a knack of acting like she experienced life and has an answer to everything.
When our manager or clients ask questions, she waits till one of us gives the answer and then somehow makes it appear she answered it and repeats what one of us just said. She also manages to be "helping" us just when our VP is walking by and makes sure he hears her with that important question I did not know and she was there to answer.
She also hides the fact her husband is a worthless loser that could care less about her. She acts as if her life is perfect and defends her husband when my other coworkers and myself make comments about what he said or done (we have all met him numerous times outside of work). I won't even get started on this loser. That's a whole new gripe.

She also thinks she can relate to our kid stories or what we are going through because she baby sits her sisters kids. She likes to interrupt in the middle of a story with her experience the the situation we are discussing.

I like her as a person outside of work, but my gawd. I cringe every morning at the thought of having to listen to her whining and back stabbing.

Probably the nicest way to handle this, would be to take this gal aside privately and explain the facts of life to her in no uncertain terms. She sounds like she is just looking for attention in all the wrong places. Apparently, she suffers from a very low self-esteem. There is a good amount of self-help books out there for people with her problems. You would be doing her and yourself a diservice by not trying to help her. Even if it didn't work out,you would know you at least tried. Nothing worse than hanging out with a boorish person. Good luck and let us know how it's going.I'll try to help more if i can. BTW,I've studied psychology for over 20 years.

Just kill her.
Trying to hide bodies is fun and creative.

1)chop her up into little pieces and make a delicious 'beef' tip and noodles.
2)throw her down the well
3){my fave} knock her out, put her body in the freezer, when she is totally frozen (give it 3 days depending on her size), take her to a murky lake with large wood chipper and chainsaw. Cut the body in pieces and feed it through the chipper into the river. This actually happened and all they could find of the victim was just shards of bones and teeth.
