i have this neighbor who acuses my dog of barking whem all she does is sleep on the deck. he has called Animal Control twice.guess what has they say."we have not heard any barking from the dog. i know i shouldnt be concerned if they don't hear her bark but its so damn annoying. but i moved reacently (thank god) but i'm affraid if she barks the old man next door will turn into Mr. Dale (the old neighbor) and report her as well. so now we have had to put my dog into foster care. i havent seen her in weeks. its just about like we sold her.
