I just got a new neighbor a few weeks ago. Now I understand that it is winter and the ground is frozen so they can't fence their yard. So instead they tie their Golden Retriever outside to the clothesline!
I have had issues with them since they moved in, they leave their dog out for hours at a time during very cold weather and the dog is shivering and barking to go inside. Well this morning I finally had it! The dog was barking for over an hour, not the dogs fault! he just wanted inside! So I got out of bed after being awake for nearly an hour starting at just after 7am on a sunday.. and walked over to their door. The neighbor greeted me and asked me what I wanted. I said to her totally exhausted "PLEASE PUT YOUR DOG INSIDE! I have been listening to it for over 45 minutes barking right outside my window, IT WANTS IN!" she said fine then about 5 minutes later came out to bring her dog in.. Just pisses me off because they leave their dog out there all the time, for hours on end. If this crap continues I will call the SPCA on them without hesitation.
