I live in a 4 plex, so noise travels. These two idiots who live next to me party all THE FRICKING TIME. Then to top it off, the 18 yr old punk blairs his music at any given time, even MONDAY nights, and turns the surround sound on FULL BLAST. Then he proceeds to get totally high out of his mind, leave his front door wide open, and pass the hell out (While the music is BLASTING!). This music is so loud, you can walk about 2-3 blocks down our street and STILL hear it. They leave trash all over the damn place, have wild parties, and just piss me off!! I am going to come visit sometime next week (we are aquaintances) and plant some fresh, raw, shrimp in a very hard to find place. Maybe under the couch, or in a curtain rod. The smell is AWFUL and will NEVER leave unless you find the source!!!
