I lived next door to Mr. Dane for several years and I thought we were pretty good friends. That just goes to show you that you never know when you live next door to a psycho. He is a day trader, that might explain it.
One day he just freaked the hell out. The only thing I did was ask the contractor working on his house to give me some time to move my car since he was sandblasting right above it. The neighbor was supposed to inform the neighbor which he never did. He started challenging my husband to fight him, when my 22 year old daughter went over to talk to his wife, her best friend, he lunged down the whole flight of stairs and pushed her out the door, screamed, yelled, threw things, pushed his wife and mother in law and knocked his toddler son down, shook the fence like a madman. Don't know where this all came from, he faked being normal for a long time although in hind sight you could see it in his eyes. It's been 2 years since I moved away and what a relief!!! My best revenge is that my house sold for over a million and he has not been able to sell his and my old house has been an eyesore since I moved, it went into foreclosure, WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND!!!

This sounds good.
I'm glad you got satisfaction.
Can you give more details?

Mr. Dane, the psycho day trader from Hell! I love this! I can see a movie in it with Nicholas Cage playing Mr. Dane. I especially love the part where you said that in hindsight, you could tell he was crazy by the look in his eyes. That's what my ex used to say, before that "little accident" with the chain saw. Oops! Gotta go! Sirens!
